Overview (Wholesale Only)

We operate as a wholesale marketplace. As is standard in wholesale, sales are final. We do not issue cash or credit refunds for any reason. The value of items ordered will always be shipped and attended to according to the terms below.

Milanus Jewelry / Milanus Gold Layered does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, overstock, or preference-related reasons. If a dispute arises, Milanus does not cover any costs of return shipping.

7-Day Inspection Window Acceptance

Customers have 7 days from receipt of goods to inspect and submit any claims for defective or damaged items. After 7 days, all claims are forfeited.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the issue is reported within the 7-day inspection window. After that time, we reserve the right to deny any claims. Exchanges are for the same item (or a functionally equivalent replacement if the original is unavailable).

Qualifies for Exchange (within 7 days)

Broken clasp or Broken Item Broken clasp or jump ring detached or broken item on/before arrival. Missing stone Missing stones / settings visibly empty in sealed packaging. Severe plating defect Severe plating defect visible on arrival (peeling, flaking).

Does Not Qualify

Normal wear and tear Normal wear after use (scratches, fading with time). Customer damage Customer damage from mishandling or modification. Preference return Preference/overstock or unsold inventory.

Tip: Place items on a plain background and photograph at 45° and top-down angles.

How to Request an Exchange (RMA Required)

  1. Email sales@milanus.com within 7 days of delivery to request an RMA number.
  2. Include your order number, item SKU(s), quantity, clear photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide the RMA and instructions. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Ship your item(s) to the address below (see Return Address).
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If any refund is issued as an exception, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • For items valued over $75, use a trackable service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Condition, Packaging & Claims

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all cards/tags and accessories included.
  • Damage during return transit due to insufficient packaging may void eligibility.
  • Missing items/shortages must be reported within the 7-day inspection window.

FAQ

Do you offer refunds?
No. As a wholesale marketplace, all sales are final and refunds are not issued for any reason. When defects or damage are reported within 7 days, we offer an exchange for the same item (or equivalent replacement if unavailable).
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If any refund is approved as an exception, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
What photos should I include?
Provide clear, close-up photos of the issue, a full product shot, and the packaging. For moving parts, include a short video.
My package was lost on the way back.
Please use a trackable service and consider insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns and are not responsible for packages lost in transit to us.
