Order Processing Times

Most in-stock items ship within same from Miami, Florida. Orders placed after [2:00 PM ET] start processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • USA Standard (USPS/UPS): calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
  • USA Expedited (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
  • USA Overnight (next business day): calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
  • International Tracked: calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

Note: Some heavy/oversized items may not qualify for flat rates. Final rates appear at checkout.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen automatically based on speed, reliability, and your delivery address. Local Carriers maybe used according to speed and convinience factors.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries. If your destination doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us. International customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Taxes & Duties

For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. For international orders, duties and VAT are not included unless otherwise stated and are billed by your local customs agency.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Wrong address? Contact us immediately at sales@milanus.com. We can edit the address only before the order ships.
  • Missed delivery / Return to sender: We’ll reach out to reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item(s) minus shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors.
  2. Look around entrances/porches and mailrooms.
  3. Wait 24 hours for carrier updates, then contact the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll help file a claim and make it right.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS services. Some expedited services may be unavailable.

Split Shipments

To get your items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order

Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time of 5–30 business days. We’ll email you if your piece needs extra time.

Holidays & Unexpected Delays

Peak seasons, severe weather, or customs backlogs can cause delays. We’ll communicate any significant changes to your delivery timeline.

Today or Within 1–2 business days for in-stock items. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $4K or more (after discounts, before tax).
Can I upgrade shipping after I order?
